"Awareness is the first step in combating dengue. The workshop provides comprehensive information about the causes, symptoms, and prevention of dengue, empowering students to take protective measures",said Dr. Madhava Pai, the Health Officer of Community Health Centre, Kota.
He was addressing the gathering of students of Manoor Padukare P U College in a workshop organised to create awareness about Dengue fever.
A poster was also released in this regard.
Zilla Panchayat, Department of Health and family welfare Udupi, Community Health Centre Kota and Rotary Club of Kota have jointly organised the workshop.
Principal, Denes Banji K. made introductory remarks and Senior Health Inspector, Devappa Patgar highlighted the preventive measures limiting the spread of dengue.
Lecturer Sathyanarayana compered the program.
